Why I joined ARCC?

I am passionate about anti-racism because my personal experiences have shaped my commitment to creating a more inclusive and equitable society. Having faced racism both in my childhood and adulthood, I understand the profound impact it can have on individuals and communities. Now, as a parent, I am even more driven to ensure that my daughter grows up in a world free from the burden of discrimination.

Joining ARCC is my way of actively contributing to the fight against racism. I believe in the power of collective action to bring about positive change. By participating in this organization, I hope to be part of a movement that challenges prejudice, promotes understanding, and strives for a future where everyone, regardless of their background, can thrive without fear of discrimination.
