Why I joined ARCC?

In my opinion, anti-racism is essential for building a more just and equitable society. Racism is a systemic issue that permeates every aspect of our lives, from education and employment to healthcare and housing. It's not enough to simply be "not racist" - we must actively work to dismantle the systems that perpetuate racism and inequality. I'm honored to be a part of the ARCC community and work towards these important goals.
