Why I joined ARCC?

I recently attended a company-sponsored event featuring Shereen Daniels and her book "The Anti-Racist Organization: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace". As a middle-age privileged white male, this was enormous wake-up call for me and I truly want to learn how to be an impactful part of the solution.
